At Pure Heirloom Seed Company, customer sa sfac on is guaranteed! We are commi ed to providing the highest-quality and pure, true-to-type seeds. All of our seeds are germina on tested and are guaranteed to exceed Federal germina on standards. Pure Heirloom Seed Co. markets only organically cer fied, open-pollinated, untreated, and non-gmo seeds. We are certain that you will be happy with your order. On the rare occasion that you are experiencing dissa sfac on with your order, please let us know. We will either issue a replacement for your order or refund the en re purchase price of the seeds. As is customary in the seed industry, Pure Heirloom Seed Company will not be liable for more than the purchase price of the seed.
Limited Warranty of Seeds
Pure Heirloom Seed Company warrants that the seeds purchased from us, when properly stored and planted will (1) successfully germinate for one year from your order date, and (2) grow true-to-type.
What Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage to seeds or plants that are caused by gardeners, insects, animals, weather events, or people. Addi onally, this Limited Warranty does not cover plant vigor as there are numerous factors that are beyond our control that affect the produc vity of plants such as ming of plan ng, soil proper es, pest pressure, weed pressure, weather condi ons, crop spacing, etc.
A Note on Returns
Pure Heirloom Seed Co. will not accept any returns of unused or unwanted seeds, since we cannot ensure that the seeds were not exposed to harmful condi ons such as moisture, extreme temperatures, or physical damage.
